NetWorker: smtpmail이 SMTP 서버에 대한 인증을 지원하지 않음

Symptoms

NetWorker Server는 다음을 사용하도록 구성됩니다. smtpmails 정책, 워크플로 및 기타 유형의 알림
내에서그러나 메일은 메일 서버에서 수신되지 않습니다.
SMTP 메일 서버는 인증을 사용하여 구성되지만 smtpmail 명령 옵션은 사용자 이름 및 비밀번호를 추가하는 구문 옵션을 제공하지 않습니다.
수동으로 테스트하는 경우 smtpmai 명령이 실패합니다.

C:\> smtpmail -h mail.server.com -s subject sender@sender.com

Cause

NetWorker의 smtpmail 사용자 이름 및 비밀번호로 작동하지 않으며 인증이 필요한 경우 SMTP 서버로 메일을 보낼 수 없습니다.

 

Resolution

현재로서는 다음 중 하나가 아닌 이 문제에 대한 해결 방법이 없습니다.

  • 인증되지 않은 SMTP 서버 사용
  • NetWorker Server IP가 인증을 우회하도록 허용합니다.

 

이 기능을 NetWorker에 포함하도록 요청하기 위해 RFE NW-I-1925가 개설되었습니다. NetWorker에서 이 개선 사항이 가까운 장래에 적용될지 여부에 대한 ETA 또는 확인은 없습니다.
