Cause

Windows 11バージョン24H2(ビルド26100.5074)にアップデートした後、一部のデバイスでWindows Hello顔認識の問題が発生する場合があります。

赤外線(IR)カメラのフレーム形式をMJPEG(Motion JPEG)からL8(8ビットグレースケール)に切り替えると、一部のシステムではパフォーマンスが向上する場合がありますが、すべてのデバイスで問題が完全に解決されるわけではありません。

Resolution

この問題の解決策は、Windows 11 24H2および25H2ビルド バージョン26100.6899に追加されました。(10B更新KB5066835)以前のバージョンのWindowsでは、この問題が発生する可能性があります。
