Symptoms
デフォルトでは、中国で出荷される影響を受けるAlienwareノートパソコンのキーボード バックライトは無効になっています。Alienware Command Center (AWCC)の 照明効果 が [オフ]に設定されている。

Cause
中国能効標識(CEL)規格に準拠するために、キーボード バックライトは無効になっています。
Resolution
AWCCでキーボード バックライトを有効にします。
- AWCCを開きます。
- 左側のマウス アイコンをクリックして [ALIENFX ]ページに移動し、キーボード バックライトの[LIGHTING EFFECT ]を選択します。
- SAVE PRESETをクリックします。
