系统运行状况可能会显示一条消息 以下 ICD IP 为非 PINGABLE：< 列表 >。（KB#000196193）在以下情形之一中：
 

  • 使用 PowerStore Manager （UI） 和 Run Upgrade Extensions 选项运行系统检查：

提示：当运行升级扩展 选项用于执行系统检查时，配置文件 字段将显示 升级扩展 。
 
  • 使用 PowerStore Manager （UI） 和 Run System Check 选项运行系统检查：

提示：当“运行系统检查”选项用于执行系统检查时，“配置文件”字段将显示服务合约。
 
  • 使用 SSH 连接运行系统运行状况服务脚本 （svc_health_check）：
提醒：输出截断以说明目的。

上述消息指示设备的节点未与架顶式 （ToR） 交换机正确通信。如果在检测到此情况时群集使用文件 （NAS），则存在软件升级 （NDU） 失败的风险。在尝试使用文件 （NAS） 的群集进行无中断升级之前，必须更正此情况。

注意：对于未使用文件 （NAS） 的群集，可以忽略此情况。
