Symptoms
The Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) checks the system for any stale GSIPs left over in the remote RTPs.
The PowerStore health check (PUHC) fail when this issue is detected, with the following error:
Found stale gsips in the remote RTPs. Please contact your service provider. (off_release_stale_gsips_in_remote_rtps_check)
The health check is an off-release PUHC check that is contained in the Health Check thin package downloaded from the Dell Drivers & Downloads site. See the Additional Information section for information about the Health Check thin package.

Cause
An upgrade from PowerStoreOS version earlier than 4.0.0 to version 4.0.x may fail due to non-existing global storage discovery IP (GSIP) left over in the remote relative target ports (RTP).
