Symptoms
PowerStore 升級前執行狀況檢查 （PUHC） 可能會失敗，並出現下列錯誤：「偵測到鎖定的磁碟機 0_0_4,0_0_3。KB#000294377。請聯絡您的服務供應商。（off_release_locked_drive_check）”
這可能會在執行 PUHC 時偵測到，並在 PowerStore Manager 中顯示，如下所示：
Cause
在 PowerStoreOS 4.0 之前，磁碟機韌體升級發生問題可能會導致磁碟機最終進入鎖定狀態。 如果當系統上的磁碟機處於鎖定狀態時啟動非破壞式升級 （NDU），NDU 將會失敗。
