Symptoms

在某些情況下，PowerStore 自動下載功能可能會使裝置中的軟體套件隨著時間而過時，並且不必要地佔用用於裝置作業的內部系統目錄空間。

遇到此問題時，PowerStore 會提高 alert 0x03700103 "Stale Software Package Check"

注意：

  • 此警示會識別具有過時套裝的節點，並識別啟動檢查的節點。 
  • 此資訊位於警示訊息的「元件」部分：
Stale software packages detected. KB# 000370624. Components: (node_b: node_a )

 在上述範例中，檢查是從節點 B 啟動，且節點 A 包含過時套裝 如果節點 A 和節點 B 均包含過時套裝，警示訊息會顯示如下：

Stale software packages detected. KB# 000370624. Components: (node_b: node_b node_a)

Cause

當 PowerStore 使用自動下載功能下載套件時，檔案會暫時儲存在內部系統目錄中。  通常，成功下載后，會處理並刪除這些檔。  但是，網路中斷等問題可能會導致部分下載，在這些目錄中留下不完整的檔。

 

Resolution

此警示通知包含自動修復功能，可從 PowerStore Manager （GUI）> 啟用或停用 - 設定 -> 支援 -> 自動修復

如果已啟用自動修復：

  • PowerStore 會自動修正問題，並在補救成功時清除警示。

如果自動修復已停用：

  • 從 PowerStore Manager -> 監控 -> 執行狀況檢查 -> 過時的套件檢查 -> 修復，手動啟動此警示的自動修復程序

如果手動修復失敗，或啟用自動修復時警示仍然存在，請聯絡技術支援部門 ，以檢閱根本原因並決定最佳行動方案。  請提及此 KB 文章 ID，以加速處理。
