Symptoms

在某些情况下，PowerStore 自动下载功能可能会将软件包保留在设备中，随着时间的推移，这些软件包会过时，不必要地占用用于设备作的内部系统目录上的空间。

遇到这种情况时，PowerStore 会发出 alert 0x03700103 "Stale Software Package Check"

提醒：

  • 此警报会标识具有过时程序包的节点，还会标识从中启动检查的节点。 
  • 此信息在警报消息的“组件”部分中提供：
Stale software packages detected. KB# 000370624. Components: (node_b: node_a )

 在上面的示例中，检查是从节点 B 启动的，如果节点 A 和节点 B 都包含过时的软件包，则警报消息将显示如下：

Stale software packages detected. KB# 000370624. Components: (node_b: node_b node_a)

Cause

当 PowerStore 使用自动下载功能下载软件包时，这些文件将临时存储在内部系统目录中。  通常，在成功下载后，将处理并删除这些文件。  但是，网络中断等问题可能会导致部分下载，从而在这些目录中留下不完整的文件。

 

Resolution

此警报通知包括可从 PowerStore Manager （GUI）-“Settings”->>“Support”->“Auto-Repair”启用或禁用的自动修复功能

如果已启用自动修复：

  • 如果修正成功，PowerStore 将自动修复问题并清除警报。

如果禁用了自动修复：

  • 从 PowerStore Manager - Monitoring ->> Health Checks -> Stale Software Packages Check -> Repair 手动启动此警报的自动修复流程
