Symptoms
連接至 Dell Latitude Chromebook 筆記型電腦的手機和平板電腦不會在筆記型電腦電源關閉時充電
如果筆記型電腦已關機，且僅裝有電池並拔除 AC 變壓器。使用 Type-C 連接器插入平板電腦或智慧型手機，然後按下電源按鈕以開啟筆記型電腦。筆記型電腦關機時行動裝置不會充電，筆記型電腦開機後也不會開始充電。
注意：只有具有雙重作用電源 （DRP） 的 Type-C 裝置才會出現此問題。Dell 平板電腦和 Huawei/LG/Samsung 手機會顯示此問題。而索尼/諾基亞手機沒有顯示問題。
Cause
此為筆記型電腦依設計運作的範例。它不能僅使用電池充電，也不會在筆記本電腦關機時充電。
Resolution
您可以透過在筆記型電腦處於喚醒狀態時接上 AC 變壓器並中斷連接並重新連接行動裝置 Type-C 連接器來解決此問題。充電從設備上開始。
