Med appen Dell AR Assistant får du en upplevelse i förstärkt verklighet med stegvisa instruktioner för att byta ut vanliga delar på utvalda Dell-datorer.

- Appen kräver ingen inloggning och lagrar ingen personlig information.

Felsökning av Dell AR Assistant
Om Dell AR Assistant inte känner igen din Dell-produkt som stöds ska du se till att du är tillräckligt nära för att appen ska kunna Lås på

Andra sätt att underlätta fastlåsning:
- Håll din smartphone i 45 graders vinkel mot datorn, inte direkt över den, och försök att passa in datorn innanför den vita konturen.
- Tryck på knappen AR Assistant till vänster på skärmen för att återställa den.
- Försök med olika vinklar runt datorn (lägre, högre, något till vänster eller något till höger).
- Ändra belysningen runt datorn. Naturligt ljus rekommenderas.
- Ändra bakgrunden genom att flytta datorn till en annan arbetsplats.
- Försök att hålla telefonen stilla i 2–3 sekunder, det kan hända att det dröjer innan kameran ansluter till appen.
