Dell Precisionモバイル ワークステーションの所有者は、接続された4K画面用にコンピューターを構成すると、ビデオの問題が発生する場合があります。

Cause
インテル® Xeon®プロセッサーには内蔵グラフィックスが含まれていないためです。専用グラフィックス サポートを指定せずにディスプレイの解像度を4Kに上げると、問題が発生する可能性があります。
Resolution
メモ: インテルXeon CPUは設計どおりに動作しています。
システムBIOSのビデオ設定で、[ Switchable Graphics ]から [Discrete Graphics Controller Output Mode ]に変更できます。

PCを再起動し、Dellスプラッシュ画面が表示されたら、 F2 キーまたは F12 キーをすばやくタップします。

F2 を押すと、BIOSセットアップ画面に直接移動します。

F12 で1回限りの起動メニューに移動し、画面上のメニューから [BIOS Setup ]を選択します。

[ Switchable Graphics]を選択します。
