Symptoms
如果在卸下磁碟機故障後的 10 分鐘內更換新磁碟機，則新磁碟機可能無法在 PowerStoreOS 中正確更新。

Cause
更換 NVMe 機櫃中的磁碟機時，不會立即釋出舊磁碟機的 NVMe 控制資源。在舊資源可用之前插入新驅動器可能會導致新驅動器丟失或故障。
Resolution
此問題已在 PowerStoreOS 3.6 中解決。
因應措施
- 在進一步更新之前，更換 NVMe 機櫃中的磁碟機在移除故障磁碟機和新增磁碟機之間需要等待 10 分鐘。
- 如果在未等待的情況下就更換了磁碟機，且發生文章問題，請嘗試移除故障/遺失的磁碟機，然後等待 10 m 後再將磁碟機插回。
- 如果問題仍然存在，請更換故障的磁碟機。
- 如果問題仍然存在，請 聯絡 Dell Technologies 技術支援 或您的服務提供者以取得協助。
