Symptoms

在 NetWorker 19.8 中，執行 NSRDR 命令。

204591:nsrmmdbasm: Cannot run media database recovery: Action 'Media Database Recovery' refused because the server is currently in the 'active' state.  To run this action the server must be in the 'disaster recovery' state.
87420:uasm: ASM 'nsrmmdbasm' cannot be invoked or died unexpectedly.
87429:uasm: Unable to run nsrmmdbasm, cannot recover file '/nsr/mm/mmvolrel/'.

Cause

狀態功能於 NetWorker 19.8 推出。在 NetWorker 19.8 中，根據預設，networker 伺服器會處於 使用中 狀態。與此同時， NSRDR 只有在 NetWorker 伺服器處於 災難回復 狀態時，才允許使用命令。當 NSRDR 命令會在 NetWorker 伺服器處於 使用中 狀態時觸發。

注意：若要確保恢復媒體資料庫，請通過更新以下伺服器狀態，將伺服器置於 「災難恢復 」狀態 NSR 資源。

Resolution

  1. 您必須手動將 NetWorker 伺服器設定為 災難回復 狀態，才能 NSRDR 命令為貴組織設定主要和次要 IT 連絡人。這可以在 NMC 使用者介面中或使用 NSRADMIN 命令為貴組織設定主要和次要 IT 連絡人。
