Symptoms
下列症狀表示發生此問題：
- 系統 POST 卡在進度列上，顯示「
Initializing Firmware Interfaces…」
- 開機功能表可用，並回應快速鍵以反白顯示功能表選項，但無法輸入對應的選項。
- 郵政編碼
0x58(88)會顯示在 iDRAC 中racadm。
- SEL/LC 記錄中未記錄其他錯誤。
- 2024 年 5 月區塊版本之前的所有 16G BIOS 版本都會受到影響。
Cause
在極少數情況下，無效的 UEFI 變數可能會觸發 Dell 開機選項快取 （DBOC） 驅動程式的程序狀況。這種情況會導致驅動程式在嘗試檢索下一個變數時卡在無限迴圈中。
此問題僅在某些 Intel 平台上出現 （不包括 Intel Xeon E）;但是，由於此 DBOC 驅動程式狀況的本質，也可能會在 AMD 平台上造成類似症狀。
