Symptoms

시스템 전원을 끄면 iDRAC WebGUI에 시스템 상태에 대한 경고 상태가 표시됩니다. 하지만 LC(Lifecycle Controller) 또는 SEL(System Event Log)에는 관련 오류 이벤트가 기록되지 않습니다.

TSR(Tech Support Report)->Hardware-PlatformData>에서 thermaldata_basic\thmtestgbasicoutput.log 파일을 확인합니다. 특정 팬이 840RPM 미만으로 작동하는 것이 관찰됩니다.

Cause

낮은 듀티 사이클 조건에서 작동하는 마진이 낮은 특정 팬의 경우 팬 RPM이 Dell에서 정의한 경고 임계값 미만으로 떨어집니다.

Resolution

기능에 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 시스템 전원이 꺼졌을 때만 보고되는 "경고 시스템 상태"는 무시합니다.

이 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 열 테이블이 iDRAC 버전 7.10.70.xx에 통합될 예정이며, 2024년 9월에 Dell 웹사이트에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
