Dell Pro Plus 16 PB16250のBIOSセットアップでは、「Cellular Device: コンピューターにWWANカード ポートがない場合はなし。

Cause

BIOSはWWANスロット自体を検出できず、内蔵コントローラーからのWWANステータスのみを検出できます。このため、次の2つの条件はどちらも 携帯デバイス から Noneと報告されます。

  • WWANスロットがあり、WWANカードが接続されていないボード
  • WWANスロットのないボード

Resolution

これは正常な動作です。Dell Pro Plus 16 PB16250にはWWANスロットはありません。BIOSは、WWANカードが取り付けられている場合のみ、スロットの有無を検出しません。
