Symptoms

데이지 체인으로 연결된 듀얼 모니터는 모니터의 OSD(On-Screen Display) 메뉴에서 MST(Multi-Stream Transport) 기능이 활성화된 경우 비디오를 표시할 수 없습니다.

Cause

고속 인터페이스 IC는 8bit/10bit 내부 정렬 기능에 제한이 있어 잘못된 정보가 모니터에 전송되어 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

도킹 스테이션 DisplayPort

MFDP 포트는 데이지 체인 연결이 포함된 MST 토폴로지에 권장되지 않으므로 이 문제를 해결하려면 외부 모니터를 도킹 스테이션의 기본 DP(DisplayPort) 1.4 포트에 연결해야 합니다.
