Symptoms

Alienwareノートパソコンまたはデスクトップのシャーシまたはキーボードのどこにもライトが点灯していません。すべての照明ゾーンはオフのままで、ゾーン設定を調整しようとしてもライトが点灯しません。システムを再起動したり、電源を入れ直したりしても、照明は回復せず、デバイスが電源コンセントから外されたときにライトがアクティブになることもありません。

Resolution

最新バージョンのAlienware Command Center(AWCC)がコンピューターにインストールされていることを確認します。
