Symptoms

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) vProxy 어플라이언스를 통해 수행된 VM 백업이 실패

Cause

vCenter 내에서 VM의 스냅샷을 수동으로 생성하려는 시도가 실패합니다. 

Resolution

해결 방법:

  1. VM을 다른 ESXi 호스트로 vMotion
  2. 수동 스냅샷을 다시 실행합니다.
  3. 수동 스냅샷이 성공하면 vProxy의 VM 백업이 진행됩니다
수동 스냅샷이 실패하거나 스냅샷 장애가 지속되는 경우 VMware 지원에 문의하십시오.
