Symptoms

NetWorker에 새 클라이언트를 추가하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

호스트 클라이언트 이름에 연결하지 못했습니다. 원격 시스템 오류 - 연결된 당사자가 일정 시간이 지난 후 제대로 응답하지 않아 연결 시도가 실패했거나 연결된 호스트가 응답하지 않아 연결을 설정하지 못했습니다.
 
참고: 이 오류는 클라이언트 생성에만 국한되지 않고 백업 실패로 나타날 수도 있으며, 이 경우 다음 해결 절차가 계속 적용됩니다.

Cause

이 문제는 NetWorker Server의 nsrd 서비스가 NetWorker Client nsrexecd 서비스와 통신하지 못할 때 나타납니다

Resolution

1) NetWorker 서비스가 NetWorker 클라이언트에서 실행 중인지 확인합니다.
Windows: tasklist | findstr nsr
Linux: ps -ef | grep nsr

참고: NetWorker Client 서비스는 nsrexecd></b>(NetWorker Remote Exec Service)입니다<.

실행되고 있지 않은 경우 프로세스를 시작해 봅니다.
Windows: net start nsrexecd
Linux: /etc/init.d/networker start 

2) NetWorker Server와 Client가 통신할 수 있고 서로의 호스트 이름/IP를 확인할 수 있는지 확인합니다. NetWorker Server와 Client에서 ping 및 nslookup 명령을 사용합니다.
 
참고: FQDN(정규화된 도메인 이름), 짧은 이름 및 IP가 모두 nslookup을사용하여 올바르게 반환되는지 확인합니다. 응답이 실패할 경우 DNS를 사용하여 확인하지 못한 호스트에 대해 호스트 파일 항목을 생성해야 합니다. 모든 네트워크/이름 확인 문제는 도메인/네트워크 관리자가 해결해야 합니다.

3) NetWorker 서비스/연결 포트가 운영 체제 또는 네트워크 방화벽에 의해 차단되지 않았는지 확인합니다.
서비스 포트: 7937-9936
연결 포트: 0-0

4) 서버가 nsrrpcinfo를 사용하여 클라이언트 포트를 볼 수 있는지 확인합니다.
nsrrpcinfo -p 클라이언트 이름

클라이언트 호스트에 "Extended NetWorker client" 패키지가 설치된 경우 NetWorker Client에서 NetWorker Server로 다시 연결되는 이 명령을 실행할 수 있습니다.

Linux: rpm -qa | grep lgtoxtd

확장 클라이언트 패키지가 설치되어 있지 않으면 클라이언트에 nsrrpcinfo 명령이 설치되지 않습니다.


위의 사항이 확인되면 다음 명령을 실행하여 NetWorker Server에서 NetWorker Client에 원격으로 연결할 수 있습니다.
nsradmin -p nsrexec -s client-name
이 명령은 다른(클라이언트/서버) 호스트의 nsrexecd 서비스에 대한 원격 연결을 엽니다 
[root@lnx-nwserv]:~# nsradmin -p nsrexec -s lnx-client01.amer.lan
NetWorker administration program.

nsradmin> q

참고: nsradmin 프롬프트가 나타나면 연결이 완료된 것입니다. quit(또는 q) 를 입력하여 프롬프트를 종료합니다.
