If you upgrade Windows 10 to version 2004 or later, when you plug in USB-C adapters (DA300/DA200/USB to RJ45), sometimes the computer cannot recognize the adapter.

The older NVM Firmware is not compatible with the new Windows 10 version 2004, and Intel has stopped its support on the legacy drivers.

Workaround:
Issue recovery by restarting the computer with USB-C adapters.
Issue recovery by replugging the USB-C adapters.
Issue recovery by installing the 19H2 operating system or before.
