Symptoms

Upgrading VxRack SDDC.

After upgrading VxRack Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) cluster to the latest RCM or simple support matrix (SSM), the SDDC manager GUI is not loading. It may show it tried to download a file called vxrm.sso that is of 0 bytes length.

Cause

There are untrusted certificates in the trust store.

Resolution

Follow VMware KB article 56383: How to add an untrusted certificate to the truststores in VMware Cloud Foundations (56383)
