ライセンス サーバーのホスト名が変更されました

NetWorker管理コンソール(NMC)

NetWorkerサーバーで、NMC管理ウィンドウを起動し、サーバーを右クリックしてリストから プロパティ を選択します。[Server Properties]ウィンドウの[Licensing]タブで、ライセンス ファイルを参照して選択し、[CLP license]テキスト フィールドに入力します

NMCからのライセンス ファイルの検証中に、次のエラーが表示されます。

Cause

NetWorkerサーバーは古いライセンス サーバーに接続されていました。
ライセンス サーバーのホスト名が変更されました。
ポート27000および27001が開かれていません。

Resolution

  1. を殺した lmgrd サービス
  2. Start lmgrd サービスとライセンス ファイルの読み取り

  1. ライセンス サーバーとNetWorkerサーバー間の接続を確認します。 nslookup pingは正常に動作していますが、ポートを確認すると、ライセンスサーバーで失敗します

  1. OSレベルでポート27000および27001を開き、開きます

  1. NetWorkerサーバーを再起動します
  2. NMCの[管理]ウィンドウで、->サーバー名をクリック -サーバーのプロパティ>-[ライセンス]タブ>->CLPライセンス テキストをクリックしてライセンス ファイルを参照します->[OK]をクリックします。ファイルを参照し、正常に検証されたかどうかを確認します。
