Symptoms

Upgraded from previous version and Security file has not been updated with correct credentials for the Storage System.
 

./naviseccli -User nasadmin -Password nasadmin -h  name-spa -Scope 0 security -certificate -setlevel low
Error occurred while trying to connect: 'name-spa'.
Message : A library or configuration file for NaviSECCli is missing or corrupt. Please use command "security -certificate -cleanup" to fix it.
Control Station shows "Security file not found.  Already removed or check -secfilepath option." when running naviseccli commands.

Cause

Upgraded from previous version and Security file has not been updated with correct credentials for the Storage System.

Resolution

To update the security file with the correct need to run following command from the Control Station CLI.

Adding sysadmin to the security file with default password and as a global account.

  $/nas/sbin/naviseccli -AddUserSecurity -scope 0 -password sysadmin -user sysadmin
