Symptoms

Kliknięcie przycisku Pokaż szczegóły przy dowolnym przepływie pracy w NMC powoduje wyświetlenie następującego komunikatu o błędzie:

Cause

Pierwotną przyczyną problemu może być brak wymiany lub uszkodzenie struktur danych RabbitMQ. 

Resolution

  1. Na serwerze NetWorker otwórz wiersz poleceń administratora programu PowerShell lub powłokę główną . Uruchom następujące polecenia, aby zatrzymać usługi NetWorker i NMC:

Linux: nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
 

  1. Zmień nazwę folderu tmp RabbitMQ:

Linux: /nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ 
 

  1. Uruchom serwer NetWorker i usługi NMC. Po zmianie nazwy oprogramowania RabbitMQ uruchomienie usługi utworzyło nowe pliki, w tym nowy katalog danych:

Linux: systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell): net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
