Cause
消息“内部错误”是通用结果，并不表示根本原因。
当 Data Domain 系统与 AD 域控制器之间的 CIFS/SMB 通信被阻止时，通常会发生此错误。
典型的外部原因包括：
- 防火墙限制
- DNS 或名称解析不正确或不完整
- DD 与域控制器之间的系统时间不同步
- 网络路由错误
- 一般网络连接问题
Resolution
在重试 AD 联接之前验证外部依赖项：
- 确认所需的 CIFS/SMB 和 AD 端口已在任何防火墙上打开。
- 验证 DNS 解析（正向和反向）。
- 确保 Data Domain 上的系统时间与域控制器匹配。
- 确认域控制器的路由路径正确无误。
- 测试与 AD 主机的常规网络通信。
