Avamar：平台安全匯總故障診斷

Instructions
若為使用 Avamar 安裝管理員的安全性匯總項目：

2.如果格線中的 虛擬 加速器在 MC 用戶端檔案瀏覽器中遇到問題：
a.使用 SSH 連線至加速器節點。
b.停用防火牆：
service avfirewall stop
3.如果安裝在工作「OsRollupUpdateKernel」並報告錯誤 "Security Rollup were not able to free enough space in /boot partition for installing kernel patches. Please do not remove running kernel and GRUB files and contact the Support Team for help."：
請勿 移除執行中的核心或 GRUB 檔案。
a.從報告錯誤的節點收集記錄：
getnodelogs
b.以系統管理員身分登入 Avamar 工具節點，提升至 root，並收集根 bash 歷程記錄：
history > root-bash-history.txt
c. 建立服務要求 以取得協助 （提供從上述 a 和 b 收集的檔案）。
4.如果安裝在工作 「BootSpaceCheck」 並報告錯誤： "The /boot partition usage is 100%, cannot proceed with rebooting. Please try to remove *kdump and *.gz from /boot to make space. Don't remove the GRUB directories, the running kernels or the newest kernel files (except the kdump or gz files)."：
請勿 移除執行中的核心或 GRUB 檔案。
a.從報告錯誤的節點收集記錄：
getnodelogs
b.以系統管理員身分登入 Avamar 工具節點，提升至 root，並收集根 bash 歷程記錄：
history > root-bash-history.txt
c. 建立服務要求 以取得協助 （提供從上述 a 和 b 收集的檔案）。
5.如果安裝在工作「BootFilesCheck」 並報告錯誤「Failed to check boot files":
請勿 移除執行中的核心或 GRUB 檔案。
a.從報告錯誤的節點收集記錄：
getnodelogs
b.以系統管理員身分登入 Avamar 工具節點，提升至 root，並收集根 bash 歷程記錄：
history > root-bash-history.txt
c. 建立服務要求 以取得協助 （提供從上述 a 和 b 收集的檔案）。
若為使用命令列的安全匯總：
如果安裝停止並出現錯誤「Security Rollup were not able to free enough space in /boot partition for installing kernel patches. Please do not remove running kernel and GRUB files and contact the Support Team for help.」
請勿 移除執行中的核心或 GRUB 檔案。
a.從報告錯誤的節點收集記錄：
