Cause

Resolution
停止备份软件的所有正在运行的作业，并等待直到库处于空闲状态。
通过 Web 界面连接到该库，然后登录。
标准用户：管理员
标准密码：password
在“Tools”中选择“Drive Operations”。
选择“Retrieve tape drive log”，然后单击“Next”进行确认。
在该窗口中，通过启用复选框并单击“Next”确认，选择要从中导出日志的驱动器。
用“应用”
确认下载在此按摩中，再次用“确定”确认。
收集日志后，您将通过浏览器获得下载。
