Din Dell 4K- eller 2K Ultra HD-skærm rapporterer muligvis, at den maksimale opløsning, der tilbydes skærmen, er mindre end 3840 x 2160. Den højest opnåelige opløsning kan vises som WQXGA 2560 x 1600 pixels.

Dette kan ske, når skærmen er korrekt tilsluttet ved hjælp af et DisplayPort-kabel uden adaptere.
