Symptoms

Gebruikers van een Alienware Wireless Gaming Headset kunnen melden dat ze hun headset niet kunnen inschakelen bij aankomst.

Betreffende modellen:

  • Alienware draadloze gamingheadset met dual mode AW720H
  • Alienware Tri-Mode draadloze gamingheadset AW725H
  • Alienware Tri-Mode draadloze gamingheadset AW920H

Cause

De headset staat in de verzendmodus om te voorkomen dat de batterij tijdens het transport per ongeluk wordt geactiveerd.

Resolution

Controleer of uw computer is ingeschakeld. Volg de onderstaande stap om de headset aan te sluiten met behulp van de oplaadkabel. Hiermee wordt de verzendmodus beëindigd en wordt de headset nu ingeschakeld.

Om de headset op te laden, sluit u het USB-C-uiteinde van de USB-A-naar-USB-C-kabel aan op de USB-C-poort op uw headset. Sluit het andere uiteinde aan op de USB-poort van uw computer (Afbeelding 1 voor AW720H en afbeelding 2 voor AW920H).
