Symptoms
在 BIOS 更新过程完成后，OptiPlex 或成铭台式机可能会停止响应。计算机可能无法自动重新启动。
重新启动顺序上会出现该问题。计算机无法进入正常的重新启动周期，并且停止在未知状态。屏幕关闭时，看起来计算机处于关闭状态，但计算机处于未知开机模式。轻按电源按钮无法唤醒计算机以重新启动。

Cause
这是由于 BIOS 编码问题造成的。
