Symptoms
Dell Latitude, Precision, Inspiron, Vostro, or XPS desktop or laptop may show that 11th or 12th generation processors with integrated Intel Iris Xe or Arc Graphics as Intel UHD Graphics. It happens when the computer is shipped with one memory module.
Cause
It is working as designed.
Resolution
To display Iris Xe or Arc Graphics, the computer must be in a dual-channel memory configuration. It is suggested to install two memory modules.
