DDPMで表示される画像は、アプリケーションを使用して接続されたDell周辺機器と一致しない場合があります。
この例は、白いKM5221Wのキーボードとマウスを使用して確認できます。黒のKB500キーボードとMS300マウスの画像がDDPMの画面に表示されます。

Cause
DDPMは、考えられるすべての周辺機器の組み合わせの画像を、使用可能なすべての色で表示するようには設計されていません。KM5221Wキーボードとマウスは、KB500キーボードとMS300マウスを組み合わせたもので、ブラックとホワイトのカラーがあります。個別に販売されるKB500キーボードとMS300マウスは、ブラックで提供されます。
Resolution
メモ: 白色のKM5221Wが黒のKB500およびMS300の画像として画面に表示される場合、DDPMは想定どおりに動作しています。
接続されている周辺機器と色を一致させる必要はありません。アプリケーションの設計内容やデバイス上でのパフォーマンスには影響しません。
