Symptoms

PowerPath Linux-värden kan inte ansluta till PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) eftersom PowerPath Management-tjänsten inte kan starta, enligt följande fel:

Cause

Detta beror på att libjson-c.so.2 bibliotek som inte installeras på Linux-värden.

I Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c installeras inte som standard i den minimala installationen, och vi rekommenderar att du installerar paketet separat.

Resolution

Det rekommenderas att installera json-c starta PowerPath-hanteringstjänsten efteråt när PowerPath Linux-värden kan läggas till i PPMA.
