Symptoms
從 SQL Studio 配置的 SQL 資料庫備份作業會啟動，但備份不會啟動，也不會顯示任何進度。
從命令列執行的手動備份已成功完成。

Cause
觀察到，對於某些 SQL 資料庫備份，備份不會從用戶端屬性中設置的預設並行度 4 開始。由於用戶端並行度限制，儲存的工作無法啟動。

Resolution
