Cause

Resolution

アラートID SDNAS_SMB_DC_NO_MORE_DC
アラート テキスト 「The NAS server %(nasServer) in the domain %(domain) can't reach any Domain Controller.」
エラー コード (0x01300201)
説明 ドメイン コントローラーにアクセスできません。SMBサーバーが正常に動作するには、ドメイン コントローラーと通信する必要があります。
解決策 対処法
ドメイン コントローラーが動作していることを確認し、ドメイン コントローラーとの接続を確認します。

CLI：  特定のSMB(Server Message Block)サーバーからSMBドメイン コントローラー接続を試行します。

Usage: svc_cifssupport { <NAS_server_name> | ALL} -pingdc
{-compname <comp_name> }
[-dc <netbios_DC_name>]
[-verbose]
そのPC名で指定されるCIFS（Common Internet File System）サーバーからドメイン コントローラーへのネットワーク接続を確認します。接続が確立されると、CIFSサーバーがドメイン コントローラー サービスにアクセスして使用できることを検証します。compnameにのみ適用されます。
 

 

アラートID SDNAS_SMB_SERVER_JOINED_NO
アラート テキスト 「The SMB server of the NAS server %(nasServer) is configured to be joined to the domain %(domain), but is currently not joined.」
エラー コード (0x01300301)
説明 指定されたSMBサーバーは、エラーで指定されたドメインに参加するように設定されていますが、現在参加していません。Active Directoryサービスは機能せず、ドメイン内のユーザーはSMBサーバーに接続できません。
解決策 対処法

SMBサーバーは、Active Directory認証情報またはローカル認証のいずれかを使用して認証できます。Active Directoryの認証が必要な場合、SMBサーバーはActive Directory Windowsドメインに参加する必要があります。

解決策1: SMBサーバーに参加します
PowerStore Manager(GUI)
GUIから次を使用します。NASサーバー:>共有プロトコル:SMBサーバー>。

CLI：
Windows Active Directory（AD）ドメインに、PC名を参加させます。
また、別の組織単位（OU）に移行するためにも採用されます。
  
Usage: svc_cifssupport { | ALL}  -Join  -compname <comp_name>  -domain <full_domain_name>  -admin <admin_name> 
Join the computer to the domain in default OU.
An account with domain admins privileges is required and password will be requested.
[-ou <organizational_unit> ]
Specify OU, may be invoked either to set or move the compname.
[-option
{reuse | resetserverpasswd | -addservice nfs}]
reuse : Take ownership on an existing AD compname to join the server.
resetserverpasswd : Reset the computer name password on the Domain Controller (DC).
addservice nfs : Add an NFS SPN for that computer in AD for secure NFS.
解決策2：問題が不正なDNS構成によるものかどうかを確認します。
