Symptoms
如果 OC （超頻） 設定未遵循 Dell 建議的 OC 設定檔 （超頻 01、超頻 02），Alienware 桌上型電腦 Area-51 系列可能會出現藍色畫面 （當機畫面）、重新開機或停止回應。
受影響的平台：
- Alienware Area-51 R5
- Alienware Area-51 Threadripper Edition R6
- Alienware Area-51 Threadripper Edition R7

如果您使用的自訂 OC 設定超過系統/CPU 功能，則可能會發生穩定性問題。請使用 Dell 建議的超頻 01 或超頻 02 設定檔。
請遵循這些步驟：
- 載入預設的 BIOS 組態
- 將 Alienware Command Center （AWCC） 更新至最新版本 （請參閱備註 1）
- 設定超頻 01/超頻 02 （請參閱備註 2）
NOTE 1：
1.從「程式與功能」解除安裝舊版的 Alienware OC Controls，然後重新啟動系統。
