此版本旨在包括以下修复：
  • 每次呼叫R_CR_generate_key（）之前调用R_CR_generate_key_init（）时内存泄漏
  • 使用可选参数#8编码的 EC 私钥 （RFC 5915） 解码 PKCS 时出错
  • PKCS #11 无法处理错误的 PKCS #11 cryptokiVersion
  • 为第二个和后续 TLS 客户端连接发送空 SNI 扩展
  • 更新了默认密码套件列表，以维护"Secure by default"状态。
此版本中未解决任何安全问题。
