Symptoms

可使用 DELL-ESE 容器未執行，且 SCG 上的 VxRail 狀態為失敗。
部分環境還可能出現觸發的紅色警報，這些警報與遠端連線失敗或 VXR1F4114
 

您可以執行命令「kubectl get pods -o wide」，以確認 Dell ese 容器未執行。

Cause

DELL-ESE 容器未運行。 

Resolution

在執行下列步驟之前，請先取得 VxRail Manager 的快照。

 

  1. 從 SCG UI > 裝置 > 檢視 > 中移除 VxRail 叢集，找到並刪除。
  2. 在拍攝快照後，以 root 身分從 VxRM 執行下列命令： 
    psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist_gateway;"

psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist;"

curl -X DELETE --unix-socket /var/lib/vxrail/nginx/socket/nginx.sock -H "Content-Type: application/json" 'http://localhost/rest/vxm/internal/lockbox/v1/credentials?lockbox_name=SYSTEM&credential_names=ese_values_key';

curl -X PUT -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"value":"unconfigured"}' --unix-socket /var/lib/vxrail/nginx/socket/nginx.sock http://127.0.0.1/rest/vxm/internal/configservice/v1/configuration/keys/ese_state
  3. 產生新的存取金鑰和 PIN，並從 VxRM 附掛程式「支援」標籤啟用連線能力。請注意，它失敗了。但是 DELL-ESE Pod 之後將成功重新啟動。
