Symptoms

Ein übermitteltes Skript wird mit der folgenden Meldung vorzeitig beendet, ohne dass Schritte ausgeführt werden: 
'IKJ56600I UNRECOVERABLE COMMAND SYSTEM ERROR'

Cause

Wenn beispielsweise ein Problem mit einem Gatekeeper vorliegt, führt ein fehlerhafter Kanalpfad dazu, dass das Skript mit der IKJ56600I Meldung beendet wird.

Resolution

Problemumgehung:

  • Identifizieren Sie den Gatekeeper und korrigieren Sie den Gatekeeper-Status. 

Permanent: 

  • Für GDDR 5.3 (Geographically Dispersed Disaster Restart) wurde eine PTF-GD53052 (Program Temporary Fix) entwickelt, um das Problem zu beheben. Sie kann vom Dell Technologies Online Support heruntergeladen werden.
  • Bei GDDR 6.0 liegt die Korrektur in der Basissoftware. Sie kann vom Dell Technologies Online Support heruntergeladen werden.
