Symptoms

Een ingediend script eindigt voortijdig zonder stappen uit te voeren met dit bericht: 
'IKJ56600I UNRECOVERABLE COMMAND SYSTEM ERROR'

Cause

Als er een probleem is met een poortwachter, bijvoorbeeld een slecht kanaalpad zorgt ervoor dat het script eindigt met het IKJ56600I-bericht.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:

  • Identificeer de poortwachter en stel de poortwachtersstatus vast. 

Bestendig: 

  • Voor geografisch verspreide herstart na noodgevallen (GDDR) 5.3 is de GD53052 Program Temporary Fix (PTF) ontwikkeld om het probleem op te lossen. Het kan worden gedownload van Dell Technologies Online Support.
  • Voor GDDR 6.0 zit de oplossing in de basissoftware. Het kan worden gedownload van Dell Technologies Online Support.
