Symptoms

Um script enviado termina prematuramente sem executar nenhuma etapa com esta mensagem: 
'IKJ56600I UNRECOVERABLE COMMAND SYSTEM ERROR'

Cause

Se houver um problema com um gatekeeper, por exemplo, um caminho de canal incorreto faz com que o script termine com a mensagem IKJ56600I.

Resolution

Solução temporária:

  • Identifique o gatekeeper e corrija o estado do gatekeeper. 

Permanente: 

  • Para o GDDR (Geographically Dispersed Disaster Restart) 5.3, o GD53052 PTF (Program Temporary Fix, Correção Temporária do Programa) foi desenvolvido para corrigir o problema. Ele está disponível para download no suporte on-line da Dell Technologies.
  • Para GDDR 6.0, a correção está no software básico. Ele está disponível para download no suporte on-line da Dell Technologies.
