Symptoms

MSCリカバリー スクリプトが失敗したため、デバイスでクリーンアップが実行されませんでした。

ユーザーがリカバリを希望するサイトによっては、MSCリカバリー スクリプトが次のいずれかのエラーで完了できない場合があります。
  • リンクなし
  • CUUが見つかりません
  • スクラッチ領域なし


Cause

誤ったロジックが、ユーザーが実行しているサイトを特定できず、誤ったリモート コールを発行しました。

Resolution

恒久対策：
  • Mainframe Enablers 10.0.0では、PTF SRA0002 が問題を修正するために開発されています。これは、デル・テクノロジーズのオンライン サポートからダウンロードできます。
この PTF は、ユーザーが実行しているサイトを正しく決定し、正しいRDFグループを使用してリモート コールを発行するロジックを追加します。
