Symptoms

이 DELL-ESE 컨테이너가 실행되고 있지 않으며 SCG의 VxRail 상태가 실패입니다.
일부 환경에서는 원격 연결 실패 또는 VXR1F4114
 

"kubectl get pods -o wide"를 실행하여 dell-ese 컨테이너가 실행되고 있지 않은지 확인합니다.

Cause

DELL-ESE 컨테이너가 실행되고 있지 않습니다. 

Resolution

아래 단계를 수행하기 전에 VxRail Manager의 스냅샷을 생성합니다.

 

  1. SCG UI > 디바이스 > 보기 > 에서 VxRail 클러스터 제거, 찾기 및 삭제.
  2. 스냅샷을 생성한 후 VxRM에서 루트로 다음 명령을 실행합니다. 
    psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist_gateway;"

psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist;"

  3. 새 액세스 키와 PIN을 생성하고 VxRM 플러그인 지원 탭에서 연결을 활성화합니다. 실패하는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 하지만 DELL-ESE 이후 포드가 성공적으로 재시작됩니다.
