Symptoms

而 DELL-ESE 容器未运行，SCG 上的 VxRail 状态为失败。
某些环境还可能显示与远程连接失败或 VXR1F4114
 

您可以运行命令”kubectl get pods -o wide以确认 dell-ese 容器未运行。

Cause

DELL-ESE 容器未运行。 

Resolution

在执行以下步骤之前，先截取 VxRail Manager 的快照。

 

  1. 从 SCG UI > 设备 > 视图 > 中移除 VxRail 群集，找到并删除。
  2. 创建快照后，以 root 用户身份从 VxRM 运行以下命令： 
    psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist_gateway;"

psql -U postgres vxrail -c "delete from serviceability.support_assist;"

curl -X DELETE --unix-socket /var/lib/vxrail/nginx/socket/nginx.sock -H "Content-Type: application/json" 'http://localhost/rest/vxm/internal/lockbox/v1/credentials?lockbox_name=SYSTEM&credential_names=ese_values_key';

  3. 生成新的访问密钥和 PIN，并从 VxRM 插件程序的“支持”选项卡启用连接。请注意，它失败了。但是 DELL-ESE 之后，Pod 将成功重启。
