簡介：

Data Protection Central 或 DPC 是一種工具，可統一 Data Protection Suite 使用者的 UI 體驗。目的是讓使用者利用 DPC 作為監控其關鍵活動和資產的起點。這包括整個企業的工作狀態（備份、複製和快照）以及關鍵事件、系統運行狀況和容量（而不是為產品群組中的每個產品使用本機管理介面）。

Data Protection Central 支援：
  • Avamar
  • Data Domain
  • Data Protection Advisor
  • 搜尋
  • NetWorker 
  • PowerProtect Data Manager 
 
注意：DPC 會部署為 IDPA 裝置的一部分。功能與獨立 DPC 相同，但無法監控 NetWorker 或 PowerProtect Data Manager。


部署： 

DPC 可透過兩種方式部署：
  • 在 vCenter 或 vSphere 中使用 OVF 檔案
  • 在按照 DPC 管理員指南部署的 SUSE Linux 伺服器上，安裝 java jar 檔案

向 Dell 開立案例之前，請先檢查服務是否已啟動。收集輸出和以下相關信息，並在創建時將其附加到服務請求。這有助於支援工程師更快地解決您的問題。
     
  1. 確認所有 DPC 和 System Manager 服務是否都處於作用中且連線狀態，並透過輸出提供支援。
    1. 以「admin」使用者身分開啟 PuTTY 或 SSH 至 DPC 元件。       
    2. 執行下列命令以擷取服務狀態並提供輸出：
~admin/bin/dpc status
  1. 收集環境資料和記錄。
~admin/bin/dpc-data_int.sh
Select option 2
This will create two file that you will need to gather and upload to the SR.
/tmp/dpc-data.out
/tmp/dpc-logs.tgz

注意：使用 WinSCP 等檔案傳輸軟體，將上述記錄套件從 System Manager 複製到您的本機，並上傳至服務要求。

 

  1. 如果 Avamar、Data Domain、DPA 或 SEARCH 出現系統報告問題，請提供輸出的遠端支援。
    1. 以「root」使用者在 IDPA、Avamar 和 DPC 以及 System Manager 上執行下列命令。
    2. 以系統管理員身分開啟 PuTTY 或 SSH 至 Avamar。     
    3. 使用下列命令切換至根使用者： su - 並提供密碼。 
    4. 執行下列命令並提供輸出。 
rabbitmqctl list_queues
rabbitmqctl eval 'rabbit_shovel_status:status().'
  1. 若與輕量型目錄存取通訊協定 （LDAP） 相關，或在使用 Dell Manager 登入 UI 時出現登入問題 idpauser 或 NT/AD 登入資料：

    1. 如果外部 LDAP/Active Directory 為使用中，請在 Active Directory 或網域控制站 （PowerShell） 上執行下列命令：

Get-ADUser -Identity "ldap_query_username"
Get-ADGroup -Identity "ldap_search_group_name"

  1. 如果是內部 IDPA LDAP，請在 ACM 上執行下列命令並提供輸出：

cat /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/ldapconfig.xml
  1. 附加失敗或問題的 UI 螢幕擷取畫面。
