The Account home page provides you with simple access to maintenance features like manage profile, page settings, orders, and invoices and more, as well as personal information. Self-service capabilities may vary by country or region.

To get the most out of your new Account page, familiarize yourself with everything the page has to offer: 

1-Top Navigation: For easy reference, your Account Name, Access Group, and User Role are listed on the top of the Account page. "Account Type" located on the upper right of the page helps you navigate between your Premier, Home, or Business account. Want to quickly move to another existing Premier page for your profile? Select "Switch to Another Premier Account" available on the top of the page.

2-The Overview page enables direct access to frequently used Account features like Address Book, Quote information, saved payments and more.

3-If you have a Site Administrator role, you are authorized to manage users on the page. If you want to initiate Single Sign-on (SSO) for your organization, contact your Dell Technologies Account team.

4-Access your recent online orders (placed online in the last 30 days) and add to Cart with a single click.

5-"Invoices" provides an overview of your invoices with many self-serve options for paid and unpaid invoices. Available where the invoicing report is enabled.

6-With "Manage Service Contracts", you can select your assets, support services duration, and service plans for renewal. You can review your products and renew or upgrade the corresponding service contracts. Note: This capability is not available for Shopper roles. (Not available in all countries)

7-With Software and Subscriptions (United States only), you can manage your company’s software subscriptions purchased through Dell Technologies. 

8-Get Support
a. Contacts - View and contact your Dell Account team.
b. Support History - Provides visibility to your organization's support history and enables tracking of all service requests for your service-tagged devices (Assets associated with their Dell Customer Number.)
c. Documents - View and retrieve documentation that has been posted by your Dell Account team.

9-"Reports" offers various options relating to current and past Dell purchases. A list of different reports is available to users with reporting access.

10-"Devices" allows you to manage your assets by accessing their warranty status and service tags for all Dell systems associated with your Dell Customer Number in Premier.

11-Manage your Account Settings
a. Profile Information - Edit your profile and business details.
b. Address Book - View and manage your addresses.
c. Payment Types - Add and manage your credit cards and other Premier payment options.
d. Express Checkout - Access and manage previously saved checkout profiles.
