Symptoms

Inspiron of Vostro laptop die het geheugen van 3200 MHz heeft geïnstalleerd, kan zien dat de geheugensnelheid 2667 MHz weergeeft in het BIOS. Dit gebeurt alleen voor discrete grafische configuratie met de Type C-variant die tot 3200 MHz zou moeten ondersteunen.

Cause

Het BIOS heeft onjuiste logica om de geheugenconfiguratie te detecteren en veroorzaakt onjuiste geheugentoewijzing.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar BIOS-versie 1.26.0 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Raadpleeg de BIOS-updatehandleiding voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS.
