Symptoms

AppSync UI에서 로그를 수집하는 동안 SMB 인증 오류가 발생합니다.
AppSync 서버 로그에서 아래를 볼 수 있습니다.

그러나 사용자가 적절한 권한으로 사용자 이름과 비밀번호가 올바른지 확인했습니다.

Cause

에이전트 호스트에서 SMB1이 비활성화되었습니다. AppSync는 에이전트 로그 수집을 위해 내부적으로 이 라이브러리를 사용합니다.
따라서 필요하며 AppSync 4.6 사용자 가이드 348페이지의 문제 해결 섹션에도 설명되어 있습니다.
 

Resolution

Windows Server Manager 페이지에서 SMB v1을 활성화하면 문제가 해결됩니다.
