The proactive check script point to same duplicate IP issue.

RESOLUTION: Find duplicate IP addresses and fix. Try 'arping -c3 <ip>'

During troubleshooting curse we found that RMM/DRAC network interface was configured to use same IP as bond0 NIC adapter.
This caused duplicated IP Addresses and two MAC addresses pointed to same IP. Check 'arping' output below.
